Great company! I have been working with RavePoint for 8 years! They are affordable for high tech and have really taken the process of patient reminders to a whole other realm! We have so many avenues to communicate with our patients that it has freed up constant phone calls and eliminated the frustrated patients dealing with phone trees to reach someone! We love the surveys and were able to get 20 reviews and 4 of them went to our within 3 days! I have so many other new abilities to learn and use with RavePoint!
We have only been working with RavePoint for a short while, though have already seen a huge improvement from the previous service we were using. They were able to adapt to our workflow which isn't easy since we have multiple physicians, locations and appointment types. The seamless integration and real-time notifications are great and the portal is extremely user-friendly which is very important for training and delegation. I highly recommend using this vendor.

The Customer Success team went over and above to help us figure out a way to send a broadcast text to our patients over 65 about the COVID-19 vaccine. The product works great! We love the texting communication and the ability to quickly mass cancel appointments if needed. Our physicians have noted our No-Show Rate has decreased since its implementation.

RavePoint has helped us reach out easily to patients and remind them of their appointments by phone call or text and allows us to quickly reply. This lets us know how to plan our day and which patients to expect to see in-office. It also helps patients to plan their schedule giving them time to reschedule and confirm so we can open spots for patients that need to be seen last minute. The service has added new and advanced features for reporting purposes recently as well.

I want to personally give an emphatic shout-out to one of their team, Joe, who--during the early weeks of the Coronavirus / COVID-19 epidemic unfolding in the U.S.--actually responded to my support request made through their homepage's chat box at close to 1 AM on a Sunday... just because he was around and happened to see it. He worked on my problem and resolved it within about 10 minutes of my initial instant message AT 1 AM ON A SUNDAY WHEN HE DIDN'T HAVE TO BE WORKING AT ALL. Then he gave me some awesome feedback, which also definitely isn't a required part of his job.
I must say that the implementation of our RavePoint system was stress-free and seamless. The project team was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Joe answered promptly upon contact and always had a solution to our problems. Thank you RavePoint for your great service.
